Terms & Conditions will be fully disclosed in the Partnership Agreement. Anyway, main figures are:

	you must be well aware that I am not a licensed bank or a security firm and that nothing in my website can be deemed a solicitation or an offer to buy/sell futures and/or options
	our roles are different: while you will place some money with me, I will manage the investment of yours and mine funds at my own discretion, with the purpose of getting the best and safest return for both of us
	you are entering this partnership at your own risk and your free will, and you agree that a past performance is not an explicit guarantee for the same future performance
	the minimum amount to become Partner is of $ 500,00, while there is no limit for the maximum (it will be agreed upon personally)
	net profits deriving from our partnership will be equally split between you, the Partner, and me, the Trader
	according to my past history your minimum net monthly profits should range from 9% to 13% of your principal, depending on your initial choice ......... but could be even higher (or lower)!!!
	your earnings will be disbursed to your designated account within the first week of each following month, together with a report with full details of the transaction I have done during that period
	your principal will be returned to you within 30 days since the termination of the Partnership, free and clear of any liens and encumbrances - our Partnership can be extended or renewed anytime, at your sole discretion
